If in stock, the item will ship within 5 business days, and tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of shipment to the email provided. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships, except for custom or made-to-order products. Contact us at (888) 833-2305, via live chat, or email support@thesaunarepublic.com. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are built specifically for you upon ordering. If unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please reach out. All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the shipment is damaged or the product is faulty. Contact support@thesaunarepublic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and photos/documentation of the damage or fault. Due to rising LTL/freight costs, returns may incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs, depending on the manufacturer. If replacing the product, we may offset some costs based on the item.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected. We reserve the right to withhold refunds or cancel payments until the goods are received, inspected, and deemed damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Shipments

Inspect your item’s packaging and product upon arrival. If damaged or faulty, contact support@thesaunarepublic.com to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number. Include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and photos/documentation of the damage or fault with your return.

The all-new ThermaSol PROIII-1200 generator is engineered for home steam rooms with dimensions 751 to 1200 adjusted cubic feet (ACF). The PROIII-1200 24kW steam bath generator accepts voltage in the range of 208V-240V, single-phase (1-PH) configuration.

The ThermaSol PROIII-1200 generator includes durable stainless-steel construction, professional-grade heating elements, advanced PowerFlush self-cleaning system, Smart Steam temperature control, Fast Start technology, stainless-steel drain pan, and a variety of other features.

PRO Series generators are engineered to provide the most consistent, pleasurable bathing experiences. The innovative Smart Steam feature helps ensure that steam is delivered at a constant rate without lags, bursts, and temperature fluctuations. The included FastStart technology provides quicker heat-up times.

The steam unit's split tank design helps ensure the longevity of the unit by separating the heating function from the water feed function. The generator includes the PowerFlush pressurized inner tank cleaning system which helps prevents harmful sediment build-up.

ThermaSol PRO Series generators are equipped with advanced CAN Bus technology for reliable two-way communication between the generator and the control.

ThermaSol PRO Series generators are compatible with the Thermatouch, Signatouch, Microtouch, Signature Control, Easy Start, Wellness Package, and Digital Shower Package. Select the available control or control package with features that best suits your bathing preferences.

The PROIII-1200 is designed so that steam shower accessories such as the Serenity, Light, Sound, Rainhead can easily be installed.

The PROIII-1200 steam shower unit can be installed up to fifty feet away from your steam shower enclosure. Common installation locations include closets, vanity cabinets, climate-controlled attics, and basements.

The PROIII-1200 residential steam generator carries ThermaSol's limited lifetime warranty and is fully serviceable. ThermaSol steam generators are UL and CSA listed for your safety.

Note: Generators sizing are listed based on Thermasol's theory on "Simple Sizing" of Cubic Feet = Length X Width X Height. No adjustments for materials.
