How Freight Delivery Works
Large items (saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs) ship via LTL freight. Smaller items (heaters, accessories, wellness devices, Lumaflex, red light towers) ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
1. We ship your order. Tracking is emailed to you with the estimated delivery timeline.
2. The carrier calls you. The freight company calls to schedule your delivery appointment. You pick the date and time window.
3. Curbside delivery. Delivery is to the curb via semi-truck with liftgate (when available). You'll need a plan to move it from the curb to its final location.
4. Sign and inspect. You must be present to sign. Inspect for damage before signing — note any issues on the delivery receipt.
Unloading Your Sauna
The driver delivers to the curb only. You are responsible for moving the product to its final location. Have equipment and help arranged before delivery day.
Rent a forklift — Most common choice. Requires forklift extensions. ~$150–300/day.
Hire a tilt tow truck — Flatbed tow with tilt/slide functionality. ~$200–400.
Hire a rigging/moving crew — Professional movers with equipment. Get quotes in advance.
Tilt tow service (Dundalk only) — Available for $750. Contact us to add to your order.
Clearlight saunas ship in flat panels, not pre-assembled crates. Most can be carried inside by two people without heavy equipment. Dundalk saunas ship in crates exceeding 92" and 800–1,600 lbs — liftgate service is not available for these shipments.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, we'll get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
1. Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing.
2. Note damage on the delivery receipt — write "damaged" and have the driver sign.
3. Take photos of packaging and product damage.
4. Email photos to info@thesaunarepublic.com with your order number within 24 hours.
5. We file the claim and ship your replacement.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Claims filed after 24 hours may not be eligible for a free replacement. Always note visible damage on the delivery receipt — even if it seems minor.

We reserve the right to select the carrier for all shipments.

Once large items ship, we cannot change addresses or schedule specific delivery dates. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you're responsible for shipping costs both ways. If freight delivery fails because the carrier couldn't access your property, it's treated as a return per our return policy.

Full refund with no restocking fee.
Product can be opened and used, but must be in full working condition with all original components.
Customer arranges and pays return shipping.
30 days from delivery to initiate return.
Defective units are replaced at no cost under the 2-year manufacturer warranty.
HealthyLine
90-Day Trial — PEMF & Far Infrared Heating Mats and accessories.
90-Day Trial Return
Applies to all HealthyLine heating mats, wraps, bolsters, and covers.
Return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
Product may be opened and used, but must show only normal wear with minimal visible use. All accessories must be included.
Customer arranges and pays return shipping.
Refund processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee for returns in normal condition within the 90-day window.
A restocking fee of 20–50% applies if the product is returned damaged, stained, or with an odor.
Exchanges

Defective Products
Contact Sauna Republic first — we coordinate the replacement with HealthyLine.
The defective unit must be received back before the replacement is issued.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or non-working, replacement and shipping are covered at no cost. If damage is caused by improper use, the customer is responsible for the replacement and shipping.
Warranty
Most AC-powered mats and controllers carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty. Other products typically carry a 1-year warranty.

Dundalk Canadian Timber
All Sales Final — No Returns
All Dundalk products (saunas, cold plunges, accessories) are handcrafted to order in Ontario, Canada. Returns and refunds are not available. Full manufacturer warranty applies for defects.
Cancellation
Within 14 days of order — full refund, no fee.
After 14 days — $65 cancellation fee applies.
Once production begins — cannot be cancelled (typically 2+ weeks after order).
Backorder Cancellation
Orders containing backordered items are subject to a 6% cancellation fee as we are charged by our payment processor when backorders are cancelled. All lead times are estimates and subject to change.
HSA/FSA Purchases
Our standard return policy applies to all HSA/FSA purchases. Products with brand-specific exceptions follow those policies. There is no IRS requirement that HSA/FSA purchases be final sale.
HSA/FSA refunds are processed back to your original HSA/FSA card within 3–10 business days. Truemed cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method.
HSA holders: Notify your custodian to treat the original purchase as a "mistaken distribution" under IRS Notice 2004-50. Returned funds are not subject to income tax or penalties.
FSA holders: The refund goes back to your FSA plan via the original card. If your plan year has ended, the use-it-or-lose-it rule may apply. FSA holders should be especially sure of their purchase before buying.

What's the difference between the SR and LR configurations?
The SR (small room) configuration is 18 kW, built for smaller commercial steam rooms. The LR (large room) configuration is 24 kW, for larger rooms. Both deliver constant steam at a constant rate; the right choice depends on your room volume, which we confirm with you at quote.
What size room does the PowerPak3 serve?
The SR (18 kW) suits smaller commercial rooms up to roughly 1,000 cubic feet, and the LR (24 kW) handles larger rooms around 1,000 cubic feet and up. Commercial sizing depends on finishes, ceiling height, and traffic — tell us your dimensions and we'll confirm the configuration.
What is the split-tank design?
The PowerPak3 uses a split-tank design that enhances performance and lifespan under heavy commercial use, paired with a stainless steel tank and corrosion-resistant Incoloy heating elements for durability.
What voltage does it need?
The PowerPak3 runs on 208–240V or 480V, all three-phase. Three-phase electrical service is required. We confirm the voltage your building supplies before anything ships.
What comes in the package?
Each PowerPak3 ships as a complete package: the generator, a temperature sensor with 50-foot lead wire, a polished-chrome steam head, a digital timer with M8 cable, and the control kit. It's delivered fully assembled.
How far can the generator be from the steam room?
The PowerPak3 can be located up to 50 feet from the steam room, and it requires no additional drain line — it uses the steam room's existing drain, which simplifies installation and cleanup.
Does it need a separate drain line?
No. The cleaning system uses the steam room's existing drain, so no additional drain line is required. The drain connection is 1" NPT and the water connection is 3/8" compression.
Is it easy to service?
Yes. The PowerPak3 provides full access from both the front and top panels, making routine service and maintenance straightforward.
What is the warranty?
The PowerPak3 carries an 18-month commercial parts-and-labor warranty. It is ThermaSol's purpose-built commercial line and is approved for commercial use. Full terms are on the Safety & Warranty tab.
Is it made in the USA?
Yes. The ThermaSol PowerPak3 is designed and built in the USA.
Are these made to order? What are lead times?
Commercial generators are built to order. Lead time depends on the configuration and current production schedule. Request a quote and we'll confirm the current timeline.
Is installation included?
Installation is completed by your licensed electrician and plumber to meet local code. We supply the fully assembled package, confirm the specifications your contractors need, and coordinate the order. Ask us for rough-in guidance for your drawings.
Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. We provide spec-ready documentation, rough-in dimensions, and electrical requirements for trade projects, with one point of contact for your commercial steam package. Send us your specs and we'll quote it.
