All times are estimates and may extend due to carrier delays. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Large items (saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs) ship via LTL freight. The carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside — you'll need a plan to move it to its final location. You must be present to sign.

Important: Inspect all packages before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. See our shipping policy for full details.

Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email them to info@thesaunarepublic.com within 24 hours. We file the claim and ship your replacement. Do not refuse the delivery — accept it and document the damage instead. See our damage claims policy for the full process.

Standard policy (most products): 30-day return window. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Full refund. Customer pays return shipping. All returns require prior authorization.

Clearlight Infrared: Saunas, Cold Plunge, Curve Dome, PEMF Mat, and consumables are final sale. Select accessories and devices (Halo One, Aroma One, Red Light Towers, VRT, UV Wand, Recliner, Backrest) are returnable within 30 days if unused, with a 25% restocking fee.

Lumaflex: 30-day return, no restocking fee. Product can be opened and used but must be in full working condition with all original components. Customer pays return shipping.

Dundalk: All sales final — handcrafted to order in Canada. Full manufacturer warranty applies for defects.

Dundalk products are handcrafted to order in Canada — each unit is custom-built specifically for your order. Clearlight saunas, Cold Plunge, Curve Dome, and PEMF Mat are large, specialized wellness equipment that cannot be practically returned once delivered. Consumables and hygiene items (Halo One refills, cleaning capsules, Face Mask) cannot be resold once opened.

All final sale products still receive the full manufacturer warranty and our lifetime support — we're available 7 days a week to help with any issues.

Most products are designed for DIY assembly with basic tools. Pre-built barrel saunas and modular kits typically take 2–4 hours with 2 people. Clearlight infrared saunas use pre-built panels that lock together — most take 30–90 minutes. Our team is available by phone, video call, or email to walk you through any step.

Requirements vary by product. Traditional sauna heaters typically need 240V dedicated circuits (30–60 amp depending on size). Most Clearlight infrared saunas operate on standard 120V household power — larger models require 240V. We recommend consulting a licensed electrician before purchase. Contact us and we'll confirm the exact electrical requirements for any product.

Yes, we strongly recommend it for any product requiring hardwired electrical connections. For safety and to maintain your warranty, have a licensed electrician handle the electrical work.

Warranty terms vary by brand and product type — Clearlight saunas carry a Lifetime residential warranty, while other brands range from 1–5 years depending on the component.
