Shipping Details for This Product

This handcrafted sauna sanctuary requires special appointment delivery due to its weight and packaging. It will be shipped on a wooden pallet with curbside delivery only, where the driver will lower the items to ground level. After order confirmation, we’ll send you a text to discuss any delivery challenges that could affect costs. Our goal is to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Timeline

Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying we’ve received it and pre-authorized your credit card. We’ll contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If in stock, the item will ship within 5 business days, and tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of shipment to the email provided. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships, except for custom or made-to-order products. Contact us at (888) 833-2305, via live chat, or email support@thesaunarepublic.com. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are built specifically for you upon ordering. If unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please reach out. All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the shipment is damaged or the product is faulty. Contact support@thesaunarepublic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and photos/documentation of the damage or fault. Due to rising LTL/freight costs, returns may incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs, depending on the manufacturer. If replacing the product, we may offset some costs based on the item.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected. We reserve the right to withhold refunds or cancel payments until the goods are received, inspected, and deemed damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Shipments

Inspect your item’s packaging and product upon arrival. If damaged or faulty, contact support@thesaunarepublic.com to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number. Include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and photos/documentation of the damage or fault with your return.
