Order Confirmation and Shipping Timeline

Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying we’ve received it and pre-authorized your credit card. We’ll contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If in stock, the item will ship within 5 business days, and tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of shipment to the email provided. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships, except for custom or made-to-order products. Contact us at (888) 833-2305, via live chat, or email support@thesaunarepublic.com. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are built specifically for you upon ordering. If unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please reach out. All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the shipment is damaged or the product is faulty. Contact support@thesaunarepublic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and photos/documentation of the damage or fault. Due to rising LTL/freight costs, returns may incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs, depending on the manufacturer. If replacing the product, we may offset some costs based on the item.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the product is returned to the warehouse and inspected. We reserve the right to withhold refunds or cancel payments until the goods are received, inspected, and deemed damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Shipments

Inspect your item’s packaging and product upon arrival. If damaged or faulty, contact support@thesaunarepublic.com to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number. Include the RMA number, proof of purchase, and photos/documentation of the damage or fault with your return.

The Finlandia FLB-45 4.5 kW electric sauna heater is engineered to heat up to 210 cubic feet (CF).

The wall-mounted Finlandia FLB-45 sauna heater fills the room with an intensely penetrating heat. The unit features stainless-steel components and professional-grade heating elements. Its large stone capacity ensures an even and consistent heat.

The FLB-45 is engineered for optimal air flow, heat retention, and humidity control. The heater puts the sauna rocks in direct contact with its heating elements for greater efficiency. Finlandia FLB Series sauna heaters feature triple-wall construction for lower surface temperatures and added safety.

The sauna heating unit includes a built-in control panel for simple and easy operation. The control includes a 60-minute timer and pre-set heating option of up to 8 hours for added convenience.

The Finlandia FLB 45 heater is available in 240V, single-phase (1-PH) configurations. The unit may be ordered with the standard red finish or the stainless-steel exterior (FLB-45-S).
