Measure your steam enclosure (length x width x height, in feet) to find its cubic footage, then match it to the output below. For best performance, ceiling height should not exceed 8 feet (10 feet maximum). Tell us your room dimensions and electrical service and we'll confirm the exact configuration.

Available in eight outputs from 9 to 48 kW, it sizes steam rooms from compact treatment suites up to 2,000 cubic feet — and a single boiler can drive a second room with the optional Second Room System.

This is a purpose-built commercial line, not a residential generator pressed into business use. The boiler is designed for the demanding duty cycle of a revenue-generating facility — repeated daily sessions, fast recovery between guests, and the reliability an operator needs when the steam room is a booking driver. Every package ships ready to install: the boiler, a microprocessor digital command center for management, a user bypass control for clients, a room sensor, and a 360-degree steam head for even dispersion. The steam solenoid arrives pre-assembled to the generator. There is no separate parts list to chase — the working essentials are in the box.

Programmable management controls

The digital command center lets management program temperature ranges and an idle-setback schedule that can be tailored for each day of the week, holding the room ready during peak hours and conserving energy during off-peak. Clients adjust steam output within the preset range using the user bypass control. Controls operate from up to 100 feet from the generator (50-foot cables ship standard), so the boiler can live in a back-of-house equipment room.

Commercial Warranty

Delta (DFC) warrants that the parts, including electronic parts, of its steam bath generators with model numbers beginning with 5COM — which are intended solely for heavy commercial use — purchased from authorized Delta sellers and used in a commercial application will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the product is received by the original purchaser or their authorized representative. Delta will, at its option, repair or replace, free of charge, any part that proves defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service during the warranty period.

Installation & Code

• Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician and plumber in accordance with local codes
• Commercial installations are subject to your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ); requirements vary by municipality
• Where steam rooms serve the public, ADA accessibility provisions may apply to the room and bench (confirm with your designer or AHJ)
• Adequate ventilation and a proper drain are required
