Large items (saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs) ship via LTL freight. Smaller items (heaters, accessories, wellness devices, Lumaflex, red light towers) ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
1. We ship your order. Tracking is emailed to you with the estimated delivery timeline.
2. The carrier calls you. The freight company calls to schedule your delivery appointment. You pick the date and time window.
3. Curbside delivery. Delivery is to the curb via semi-truck with liftgate (when available). You'll need a plan to move it from the curb to its final location.
4. Sign and inspect. You must be present to sign. Inspect for damage before signing — note any issues on the delivery receipt.
The driver delivers to the curb only. You are responsible for moving the product to its final location. Have equipment and help arranged before delivery day.
Rent a forklift — Most common choice. Requires forklift extensions. ~$150–300/day.
Hire a tilt tow truck — Flatbed tow with tilt/slide functionality. ~$200–400.
Hire a rigging/moving crew — Professional movers with equipment. Get quotes in advance.

Clearlight saunas ship in flat panels, not pre-assembled crates. Most can be carried inside by two people without heavy equipment. Dundalk saunas ship in crates exceeding 92" and 800–1,600 lbs — liftgate service is not available for these shipments.
If your order arrives damaged, we'll get you a replacement as quickly as possible.

2. Note damage on the delivery receipt — write "damaged" and have the driver sign.
3. Take photos of packaging and product damage.

5. We file the claim and ship your replacement.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Claims filed after 24 hours may not be eligible for a free replacement. Always note visible damage on the delivery receipt — even if it seems minor.
We reserve the right to select the carrier for all shipments.

Once large items ship, we cannot change addresses or schedule specific delivery dates. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you're responsible for shipping costs both ways. All Dundalk products (saunas, cold plunges, accessories) are handcrafted to order in Ontario, Canada. Returns and refunds are not available. Full manufacturer warranty applies for defects.
Cancellation
Within 14 days of order — full refund, no fee.
After 14 days — $65 cancellation fee applies.
Once production begins — cannot be cancelled (typically 2+ weeks after order).
Orders containing backordered items are subject to a 6% cancellation fee as we are charged by our payment processor when backorders are cancelled. All lead times are estimates and subject to change.
Our standard return policy applies to all HSA/FSA purchases. Products with brand-specific exceptions follow those policies. There is no IRS requirement that HSA/FSA purchases be final sale.
HSA/FSA refunds are processed back to your original HSA/FSA card within 3–10 business days. Truemed cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method.
HSA holders: Notify your custodian to treat the original purchase as a "mistaken distribution" under IRS Notice 2004-50. Returned funds are not subject to income tax or penalties.
FSA holders: The refund goes back to your FSA plan via the original card. If your plan year has ended, the use-it-or-lose-it rule may apply. FSA holders should be especially sure of their purchase before buying.

The Halo One Cleaning Capsules are sealed single-use cartridges filled with 20 mL of reverse osmosis water each. They're used to flush salt residue from the vibrating mesh emitters inside your Halo One Halotherapy Generator. Clearlight requires using one cleaning capsule after every 20 halotherapy sessions to maintain the device and keep your warranty valid. This product is sold as a convenient 2-pack for customers who need extras beyond the cleaning capsules already included in their Halo One Refill pack.
Completely different products despite looking similar. Saline capsules contain 20 mL of pharmaceutical-grade 3% saline solution and are the active halotherapy treatment — you use one per session to actually do halotherapy. Cleaning capsules contain 20 mL of reverse osmosis water (no salt, no additives) and are for maintenance only — they flush salt buildup out of the device's vibrating mesh after every 20 halotherapy sessions. You need both. The Halo One Refills product includes both types in every pack; this Cleaning Capsules 2-pack is a standalone top-up when you need extra cleaning caps without buying a whole refill pack.
Yes. Cleaning is not optional for the Halo One. The device's patented vibrating mesh technology atomizes saline into 1 to 10 micron salt particles, and that mesh collects salt residue over time. Without regular cleaning, the mesh clogs, the particle output degrades, halotherapy effectiveness drops, and eventually the mesh fails entirely. Clearlight requires cleaning after every 20 halotherapy sessions. Skipping the cleaning routine voids your Halo One warranty — this is explicit in the user manual.
Per Clearlight's official guidance, use one cleaning capsule after every 20 halotherapy sessions, or whenever the Halo One has not been used for several days. For typical residential users doing 2 to 4 halotherapy sessions per week, this works out to one cleaning cycle every 5 to 10 weeks. For commercial users running 4 to 10 sessions per day, Clearlight recommends one cleaning capsule at the end of each day.
Roughly 15 to 20 minutes — the same duration as a halotherapy session. You drop a cleaning capsule into the saline capsule holder, start the Halo One like you would for a normal session, and let it run until the capsule is exhausted. The device turns off automatically. Reverse osmosis water and nothing else. No additives, no surfactants, no chemicals, no preservatives. Reverse osmosis is a water purification process that forces water through a semi-permeable membrane, removing dissolved minerals, metals, and contaminants. The result is ultra-pure water that cleans the Halo One's vibrating mesh without leaving its own deposits behind. Regular tap water or even distilled water from unknown sources could leave mineral residue — which is why Clearlight engineered this specific cleaning solution.
No. Per Clearlight's official user manual, do not use any liquid other than official Clearlight HALO ONE solution in the device. Tap water contains dissolved minerals that can leave deposits on the mesh during cleaning, which defeats the purpose. Distilled water from unknown sources may contain contaminants. Homemade solutions, cleaning chemicals, vinegar, alcohol, or any third-party formulation can damage the device. Using anything other than Clearlight cleaning capsules voids your warranty and may damage the Halo One permanently.
No. The capsules are sealed at the factory and intended for single use only. Do not attempt to refill, reuse, or open capsules in advance of use. After running one cleaning cycle, remove the empty capsule from the holder and discard it. Single-use sealing is what keeps the reverse osmosis water sterile — once opened, sterility is lost.
Every Halo One Refill pack includes cleaning capsules matched to the included saline capsules (2 with the 28-pack, 6 with the 120-pack, 18 with the 360-pack). But sometimes customers burn through cleaning capsules faster than saline capsules — for example, if you skipped a few maintenance cycles and need to do a catch-up deep cleaning, or if the Halo One sat unused for several days and needs extra cleaning cycles. No. The Clearlight Halo One Cleaning Capsules are designed specifically for the Halo One Halotherapy Generator and are not compatible with halotherapy devices from other manufacturers. The capsule shape, holder fitment, and cycle duration are all matched to the Halo One's hardware. Don't attempt to use these capsules in any other device.
Store sealed capsules in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep them in their original packaging until ready to use. The capsules have a long shelf life when stored properly — the 2-pack will easily last however long it takes you to work through it. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Yes. The capsules are sealed plastic containers filled with reverse osmosis water — there's nothing hazardous inside. They're safe to handle, store, and load into the Halo One.
