How Freight Delivery Works
Large items (saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs) ship via LTL freight. Smaller items (heaters, accessories, wellness devices, Lumaflex, red light towers) ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
1. We ship your order. Tracking is emailed to you with the estimated delivery timeline.
2. The carrier calls you. The freight company calls to schedule your delivery appointment. You pick the date and time window.
3. Curbside delivery. Delivery is to the curb via semi-truck with liftgate (when available). You'll need a plan to move it from the curb to its final location.
4. Sign and inspect. You must be present to sign. Inspect for damage before signing — note any issues on the delivery receipt.
Unloading Your Sauna
The driver delivers to the curb only. You are responsible for moving the product to its final location. Have equipment and help arranged before delivery day.
Rent a forklift — Most common choice. Requires forklift extensions. ~$150–300/day.
Hire a tilt tow truck — Flatbed tow with tilt/slide functionality. ~$200–400.
Hire a rigging/moving crew — Professional movers with equipment. Get quotes in advance.
Tilt tow service (Dundalk only) — Available for $750. Contact us to add to your order.
Clearlight saunas ship in flat panels, not pre-assembled crates. Most can be carried inside by two people without heavy equipment. Dundalk saunas ship in crates exceeding 92" and 800–1,600 lbs — liftgate service is not available for these shipments.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, we'll get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
1. Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing.
2. Note damage on the delivery receipt — write "damaged" and have the driver sign.
3. Take photos of packaging and product damage.
4. Email photos to info@thesaunarepublic.com with your order number within 24 hours.
5. We file the claim and ship your replacement.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Claims filed after 24 hours may not be eligible for a free replacement. Always note visible damage on the delivery receipt — even if it seems minor.

Once large items ship, we cannot change addresses or schedule specific delivery dates. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you're responsible for shipping costs both ways. If freight delivery fails because the carrier couldn't access your property, it's treated as a return per our return policy.

Damaged Shipments

30-Day Return — No Restocking Fee
Applies to all Lumaflex Red Light Therapy Devices (Body Pro Kit, Essential, Essential Pro).
Full refund with no restocking fee.
Product can be opened and used, but must be in full working condition with all original components.
Customer arranges and pays return shipping.
30 days from delivery to initiate return.
Defective units are replaced at no cost under the 2-year manufacturer warranty.
HealthyLine
90-Day Trial — PEMF & Far Infrared Heating Mats and accessories.
90-Day Trial Return
Applies to all HealthyLine heating mats, wraps, bolsters, and covers.
Return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
Product may be opened and used, but must show only normal wear with minimal visible use. All accessories must be included.
Customer arranges and pays return shipping.
Refund processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee for returns in normal condition within the 90-day window.
A restocking fee of 20–50% applies if the product is returned damaged, stained, or with an odor.

Defective Products
Contact Sauna Republic first — we coordinate the replacement with HealthyLine.
The defective unit must be received back before the replacement is issued.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or non-working, replacement and shipping are covered at no cost. If damage is caused by improper use, the customer is responsible for the replacement and shipping.
Warranty
Most AC-powered mats and controllers carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty. Other products typically carry a 1-year warranty.

Dundalk Canadian Timber
All Sales Final — No Returns
All Dundalk products (saunas, cold plunges, accessories) are handcrafted to order in Ontario, Canada. Returns and refunds are not available. Full manufacturer warranty applies for defects.
Cancellation
Within 14 days of order — full refund, no fee.
After 14 days — $65 cancellation fee applies.
Once production begins — cannot be cancelled (typically 2+ weeks after order).
Backorder Cancellation
Orders containing backordered items are subject to a 6% cancellation fee as we are charged by our payment processor when backorders are cancelled. All lead times are estimates and subject to change.
HSA/FSA Purchases
Our standard return policy applies to all HSA/FSA purchases. Products with brand-specific exceptions follow those policies. There is no IRS requirement that HSA/FSA purchases be final sale.
HSA/FSA refunds are processed back to your original HSA/FSA card within 3–10 business days. Truemed cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method.
HSA holders: Notify your custodian to treat the original purchase as a "mistaken distribution" under IRS Notice 2004-50. Returned funds are not subject to income tax or penalties.
FSA holders: The refund goes back to your FSA plan via the original card. If your plan year has ended, the use-it-or-lose-it rule may apply. FSA holders should be especially sure of their purchase before buying.

Fine Print

Is this a complete system, or do I need to buy a control unit separately?
It's a complete system. The package includes the REGEN control unit, full-leg boots, the hip attachment, the power supply, and hoses — everything you need to start using it out of the box.
What's the difference between this and the REGEN Boots Package?
The Boots Package includes the control unit and full-leg boots only. This package adds the hip attachment, so you can take time for the waist and glutes as well as the legs.
What's the difference between REGEN and CLASSIC?
REGEN and CLASSIC are two control-unit lines from Rapid Reboot. REGEN is the upgraded line. Both use the same magnetic attachment connector, so current attachments work across both. Our recovery specialists are happy to help you decide.
Can I add the arm attachment later?
Yes. The current Arm attachment uses the same magnetic connector, so you can add it to this REGEN control unit later for a full-body setup, without replacing anything.
How do I choose my boot size?
Boot size is based on height: Short (5'3" and under), Medium (5'4"–5'10"), Long (5'10"–6'3"), and X-Long (6'4" and above). Pick the range that matches your height. If you're between sizes, reach out and we'll help.
How do I choose my hip size?
The hip attachment comes in Regular Waist and Large Waist (37"–52"). Choose based on your waist measurement. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you select.
What areas does it cover?
The boots cover the legs from foot to upper thigh, and the hip attachment covers the waist and glutes.
How does the compression work?
Each attachment uses sequential air compression — a zone-by-zone squeeze-and-release pattern. You can adjust the intensity on the control unit to a level that feels comfortable.
Can I adjust the pressure?
Yes, the REGEN control unit lets you adjust the intensity so a session can be gentle or firmer to your preference. For exact pressure specifications, contact our recovery specialists.
Can I use one attachment at a time?
Yes. You connect whichever attachment you want for a given session — boots or hips — through the magnetic connector. Switching is quick.
How long is a typical session?
Session length is a personal preference and adjustable on the unit. Many people use it as a short wind-down after activity. Follow the guidance in the included Rapid Reboot materials and do what feels comfortable for you.
Who is this package for?
