Price Match Policy Terms and Conditions
Effective November 3, 2025
To Qualify for a Price Match:
- The Sauna Republic product must be new and identical (i.e., same brand, including model number and color), in-stock at the competitor, and available for delivery at the time of purchase.
- We will price match only online dealers; no brick and mortar stores. Competitors must be online retailers that are shipped from and sold by an authorized online retailer and subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions referenced herein.
- Competitors must be USA-based and ship to addresses within the contiguous USA.
- One Price Match permissible per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price is available.
- Price matches must be requested at the time of purchase or within 30 days after.
How to Request a Price Match
The quickest way to request a price match is to call us, email us, or use our live chat. Direct your Sales Support agent to the competitor's website with the lower price or provide them with a legitimate quote. After you tell us about the item and price you want to match, weβll verify the information before completing the price match. Some items require that you speak to a sales associate over the phone to receive a price match.

Exclusions
Exclusions apply, including but not limited to:
- Products that do not qualify if offered as part of a giveaway, sweepstakes, with special terms, or as part of a bundle.
- Clearance, discontinued products, closeout sales, refurbished, and open-box items are excluded.
- Out-of-stock items, rebates, mail-in offers, coupons, loyalty program discounts, and pre-order items are excluded.
- Products sold by unauthorized marketplace vendors or third-party sellers on websites are excluded (e.g., excluding auction sites like eBay or private sellers).
- If a price match is approved, The Sauna Republic will also match shipping costs, calculating the final competitor price including all shipping and delivery fees.

What qualifies as proof of a price when requesting a price match?
If you have the competitor's advertisement, present the entire printed ad or a photocopy of the ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted. If you find the price online, please present a link to the price from an authorized seller. A sales associate will then verify the match.
Will the total retail price of the competitor item be matched?
Yes. Price match will take into account any hidden costs of the item like shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor is offering an item at $5,000 plus $950 shipping, the match price will be $5,950. Our sales associate will calculate the final cost of the competitor item including shipping and delivery fees.
Do items from warehouse clubs like Sam's or Costco qualify for price match?
Warehouse clubs like Sam's and Costco can often offer lower prices through fee-based memberships that we cannot price match. We reserve the right to decline price matches from retailers requiring paid membership access.
Does an item have to be in stock to receive a price match?
Competitor items must be in stock on the competitor's website at the time a price match is requested.
What constitutes advertising/pricing errors on the part of a competitor item?
Many manufacturers have strict rules about the minimum price that an item can be advertised for (MAP). Retailers that advertise or sell products for lower than these prices are violating the rules of these manufacturers. We may or may not be allowed to match a price violation, depending on the manufacturer's stance. The best way to find out if a price can be matched is to contact us so an associate can verify the information and policy.
